Suckless Terminal: Add Tabbing And Split Pane Support

I personally don't feel the need to make use of tabbing or panes within my terminal, however, a lot of people do and st doesn't by default support these features. Adding tabs and panes into the suckless terminal is actually incredibly simple, it's really only 1 command that you have to run, technically 3 but it's only on 1 line. We will be using tabbed, tmux and obviously st.
