Setting a WALLPAPER On LINUX With A WINDOW MANAGER

Most desktop environments have some GUI tool for setting a wallpaper, but how do you do it with a window manager. Today I take a look at a program called feh which you may have used an image viewer but it also allows you to set your desktops wallpaper.
