Michael Saylor’s MicroStrategy is raising $700 million through a private offering to pay off debt and potentially acquire more Bitcoin. After recently purchasing 18,300 BTC, the company now holds a staggering 244,800 Bitcoin, worth over $14 billion, reinforcing their strategy of shuffling debt to grow their BTC stash.
