I'll share my journey with brain fog. I battled it for years, thinking it was normal. Turns out, my diet, the Standard American Diet (SAD), was to blame.
I tried various remedies—herbs, supplements, even modafinil and lion's mane mushroom. Temporary relief, but no real fix. I needed to tackle the root cause.
After experimenting, I found two game-changers: ditching the SAD and going keto. The shift from glucose to ketones as my brain's fuel source was transformative. It boosted my mental clarity and energy, resolving other health issues.
But remember, keto isn't one-size-fits-all. What works for me may not work for you. If you haven't chosen a diet, you might be on the SAD, contributing to brain fog.
