The GPU is on the stock setting, expect the GPU fan speed is locked to 31%. The in-game replay function has been used for this video, to make an exact side-by-side comparison. I ran the test 4 times, to minimize all the possible errors, while I was recording with OBS (VBR 40000kbps).
