The Call: Communicating with Aliens

Humans often attempt to communicate with aliens by signaling their craft, hoping for a response. The Call is a personal chat with the person, which is done by speaking to the subconscious. If reported sightings are not allowed, criteria must be in place, such as acclimation, disruption of media, and maintaining balance among groups. While humans are aware of aliens, they are not comfortable with face-to-face meetings and dealing with hard reality.
