The Secure Shell Suite is a set of utilities that enable encrypted remote access and file transfer across a network. It's mainly used on Unix and Linux servers, but implementations are available for Windows. While SSH, SCP, and SFTP are great security tools, it's important to note that a default configuration of Secure Shell is actually quite insecure. In this video, we'll look at one aspect of SSH security that is too often overlooked. That is, we'll look at the proper management of SSH keys, especially SSH private keys.
