Fun and Efficient Interaction Skills

Our current way of interacting is based around competition. However, as species that has super powers in terms of technology we now need to super evolve our ability of using it skillfully in a non-damaging manner. Due to technology we have evolved past the competitive mindset.

The competitive mindset is an Ego-centered, role-centered, judgement centered, fixed mindset prone, pyramid of power, separating type of system. It is easy to see how it can lead to problems.

An alternative is a collaborative heart-centered, all-win, growth mindset prone, organisation through autonomy, uniting type of system.

In this video we end by talking about what interactions look like within the collaborative all-win system, as opposed to ones in the competitive system.
