The newest BioWare game Dragon Age: The Veilguard is comically woke, but the company has a long history of inserting progressive themes into its products. In fact, BioWare games were so woke that they helped to fuel the initial GamerGate movement. I tell my story of discovering GamerGate while handling social media moderation for BioWare and how it led me to where I am today.
