Intel 10th Gen Comet Lake is out - Is it worth it?

The latest generation of Intel processors is out, dubbed "Comet Lake". As expected, it's faster than the previous generation, even if they surprisingly stayed at the same price, even in face of AMD's Ryzen onslaught.
