Problem / Issue with Bluehost Web Hosting

In December 2018, Bluehost Web Hosting charged me $503 for a website of mine they had deleted at least 2 or 3 years earlier. The website, Indywillcon.com, was deleted without my knowledge or permission sometime in early 2015. Further, how did Bluehost get a replacement credit card number I had not provided them for a credit card lost in May 2015? Thankfully, Bluehost, after many emails back and forth DID refund me $478 after deducting $25 for a "fee" to process my request for a refund they had no right charging me in the first place!!
