When nothing’s going right in your life, figuring out a morning routine is rarely on your list of things to do. Just getting out of bed can be a struggle.
We’re not in the right mindset to make the necessary changes. If we don’t change our mindset, we risk repeating and inviting more unwanted struggle in our life.
Finding a morning routine that works for you is a work in progress. And when things aren't going right in your life, you need a gentle one that, that helps you feel a sense of control, restores belief in yourself. Because then you will take bolder actions and make bolder decisions that can change your life.
The most important thing for you to achieve right now is a sense of control. Because it gives you a sense of hope. Hope is a powerful thing.
