How meditating 1 hour a day for 3 weeks changed me

I tried meditating for 1 hour a day for 21 days because I was curious if it would make a difference. As someone who has meditated in the past, only 10 to 15mins a day, and less so recently, I didn't think much would change. But I couldn't be more wrong. I was really surprised with the results!
