UE4 Short: More retarget options - Procedural 3rd person aiming, first person view, IK

More experiments with ik and retargeting. I need to fix the right-hand shoulder and upper arm blend -and think of a way to make ADS work as in original animation. Getting closer. Also found a nice way to hide meshes without hiding actual bone by function "show material" that surprise- can also hide the material by ID and section.
