#202 How to build a Sleep Accelerator for Humans
Andreas Spiess
Blue light in the evening can create problems for your sleep. Especially very white LED lights around us produce lots of it and prevent us from falling asleep after a hard days work. Let’s build a “Sleep accelerator” device using an ESP8266, an IR LED, and a MOSFET. It reads actual sunrise and sunset times as well as the time and synchronizes the color of your LED with the sun.
