Is it hormones or calories? It seems like each theory of weight management has their own zealots.
The calories in calories out crowd will have you believing your body works like a furnace, a large deposit for food that doesn’t differentiate between whatever you throw in.
Those who subscribe to the endocrine theory will tell you that as long as your insulin is low, you can eat however much you want and continue to lose weight. The argument seems like a political divide, you have to believe in one or the other, and there’s no gray area.
