Second, set and regularly check your channel level permissions. Next, create a strong password and don't share it. And finally, be aware of and report potential scams

2 step Verification helps prevent a hacker from getting into your account, even if they gain access to your login information.

Once there, click to step verification. Then get started. Once you verify your account info, you'll be able to set up a device to receive a secure notification if you'd like to use your phone.

You'll need to make sure you're signed into your Google account to send a secure notification to your phone.

Click. Try it now. Once you tap yes, on your device, you'll be asked to set up a backup text or phone call option after you confirm this backup option. Click turn on to enable two step verification.

Use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols. Avoid using personal information and common words or patterns like password. One, two, three or your birthday. And remember, don't share your password or log in with anyone. Hackers can disguise themselves as someone you trust to try and take personal information.
