Complex Skin Mesh Imports (180 bones)

Making a modified skin shader / fx (hidef mode [higher level shaders & high poly count]) and content processor to allow more bones ( I set it to 180 for this example). We'll import the character from the 3ds tutorial series: Making a 3D game character - the regular fbx importer and skin shader won't normally work because of the reach limit of 72 bones (reach is for older or limited hardware compatibility), but with this example, we can make the character work with a more updated shader type. I'm not sure what the limit would be - you can probably set it to however many bones you think your characters would ever need.
