DARPA, federal BRAIN Initiative: Brain-machine interfacing technologies

James Giordano has many videos talking about what kind of research is really going on and has been for a long time. It’s the kind of research that pretty much guarantees we will be called “conspiracy theorists” when we try and tell others about it.

Dr Giordano is a professor at Georgetown University, among many other roles. “He currently serves on the Neuroethics, Legal and Social Issues Advisory Panel of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) working on neuroethical issues fostered by studies and use of brain-machine interfacing technologies developed under the federal BRAIN Initiative.“
