PWM Solar Charge Controller Version 2 - Adam's Arduino Projects

I've built a second version of the beautifully designed Arduino based solar charge controller by Julian Ilett. This version is hopefully less tricky to solder and uses a few less components - reducing cost and as it turns out power consumption.
