This video gives you some guidelines on how to coach yourself (or a client) who faces an extremely challenging situation. A lot of things could fit into that category: an addiction to drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, marijuana, gambling. An eating disorder - binge eating, bulimia, anorexia, over eating, obesity. And then of course there are those who suffer from anxiety, social anxiety and now the increasingly popular eco-anxiety. At times some people may lose their job, their business or their partner. Sometimes there may be a natural catastrophe and the person's home gets burned down or washed away in a flood. Or the person maybe suffering from poor health on a limited income with few friends. etc. So what do you do to get yourself into a positive frame of mind and take action towards achieving a positive outcome?
