Why Is Space Exploration Important for NASA?

Emmanel from UCLA Sciences of Earth, Space and Planetarium talks about the importance of exposing kids to difference career opportunities with in NASA and space exploration. He talks about the student build satellite called "ELFIN" and how this miniature device will used to gauge a lot of activities in space including solar flares and how magnetized works in space.
