Lumix Gh2 hacked Footage

This Gh2 has been hacked and shooting at a bitrate of 160, what happens if i upscale it to 4k will it fall apart. Check the video and you be the judge of this 10 year old camera still rocks. when it came out it did 24mbit/s but with the hack it does 160mbit/s most midrange 4k cameras today do 100mbit/s, if it shooting less than 10 bit.
