C&C: Red Alert | Is This Tiberian Dawn?!

Command & Conquer Remastered Red Alert Cast where we're casting a 1 vs 1 between Bikerushownz and paysagebertrand07. The blue player is seemingly playing tiberian dawn since they're building multiple ore refineries for a single ore field. Is this just a big brain play that some refineries can be destroyed without losing any eco?

A brief description of the game: Command & Conquer and Red Alert are both remastered in 4K by the former Westwood Studios team members. Includes all 3 expansions, rebuilt multiplayer, a modernized UI, Map Editor, bonus footage gallery, and over 7 hours of remastered music.
