Build STM32 CMake projects on Windows | VIDEO 48

In the video I show you what tools you will need and how to install them to compile STM32 projects using cmake. I address a few changes in the configurations that are different on windows. Hopefully all the windows viewers will have an easier time following my past and future videos.
