Can you 3D Scan a WarHammer Mini?

3D scanning has some really possibilities for 3D designers. But what happens when we push it to it's limits? Based on a comment from Danny the 3D Printing DM, and with some help from a friend, we'll try scanning a gaming mini on the $700 Sol Scanner, and other technologies, and discuss the results.
